ShobergREI was created out of a love & passion for all things real estate. My husband David and I wanted to create an atmosphere that was not only welcoming and inclusive for our clients, but also to make an incredible space for our staff and fellow REALTORS®. We have worked hard to create a brand that is trend setting and tech savvy while keeping that down to earth and welcoming feel with everyone that passes through our doors. Our staff and agents all have the same core values—to treat people like we ALL deserve and want to be treated. At SREI, we strive for excellence in all that we do.
I have been a REALTOR® for over 22 years in the Winchester area – including the Panhandle of West Virginia. I have been the Broker/Owner of SREI for over 3 years. I believe in serving our community and giving back. A portion of each commission is donated to one of 5 charities that you, the client, get to choose at closing. I volunteer at our local association (Blue Ridge Association of REALTORS®) as Immediate Past President. It would be a true pleasure to have SREI represent you in one of, if not the largest, investment you’ll make.

Cindy Lee is the Buyer Specialist for Team Shoberg. That means her focus is being the advocate for the Buyer in a real estate transaction. The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) Designation is for real estate Buyer Agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home buying process. Her GOAL is YOUR goal … to find a house you love! It’s a win-win for you both!
For her Seller clients, she offers FREE staging. It's a fact, homes sell better when they aren't totally empty. No matter why you are faced with an empty home...job relocation, move on, inheritance, death of a loved one etc...she comes in with fresh eyes and provides just enough staging to put the property in the most favorable position to sell.
Cindy has lived in the Frederick County area her whole life and has many relatives in the surrounding West Virginia area, which makes her very knowledgeable of the region. After a 29 year career in medical office management, she is living her dream as a REALTOR® that she put on a shelf a long time ago!
She remembers WELL, the emotions and excitement of buying her FIRST home and how it felt to finally get the keys. Most people experience 1-3 real estate transactions in their lifetime. Cindy has completed over 70+ real estate transactions and continues to help negotiate and navigate the process for Buyers each day! Nick recently earned his real estate license in Virginia thanks to the help of his great mentor – his mom, Traci. Nick’s been around the business his entire life and has always been interested in becoming a REALTOR®.
Nick enjoys working on and driving fast cars, along with watching racing. He lives in Clear Brook and is a lifelong resident of Frederick County.
