For my SELLER clients, I offer FREE staging. It's a fact, homes sell better when they aren't totally empty. No matter why you are faced with an empty home...job relocation, move on, inheritance, death of a loved one etc...I come in with fresh eyes and provide just enough staging to put the property in the most favorable position to sell.

Something You May Not Know About Me
I have lived in the Frederick County area my whole life and have many relatives in the surrounding West Virginia area, making me very knowledgeable of the region. After a 29 year career in medical office management, I am living my dream as a REALTOR® that I put on a shelf a long time ago!
My first career was a business administrator for 29 years for a general surgeon who passed on.

My Why...
I remember WELL the emotions and excitement of buying our FIRST home and how it felt to finally get the keys. Most people experience 1-3 real estate transactions in their lifetime. I have completed over 70+ real estate transactions and continue to help negotiate and navigate the process for Buyers each day! Planting the Seeds
My love of plants, landscaping, and design has me always in Lowes looking around. One day my sister said "As much as you are there, you should work for them!" I said, "What a great idea!"...and this began a part-time labor of love in the garden center at Lowes (2724) for 10 years. We may have crossed paths...here are some of my displays you may have seen along with some beautiful flower pics I captured. Enjoy!
